The building Chodov was built in the 1980s. In the 1990s the building underwent major reconstruction, during which it has been adapted to the current trend of usability of space for office purposes.

The building is equipped with structured cabling, air-conditioning of the exposed spaces, electronic and physical guard with reception service and fire alarm system, charging station for electric cars
Accessability
The building is situated near the D1 motorway to Brno, close to the residential and commercial zones of Chodov and various state institutions. Parking is possible in proprietary parking and public parking. The building is accessible by public transport - it is located near the underground station, line C, and bus stops.
