The buildings in České Budějovice (1,2,3) were built in the 1970s and 1980s. Gradually they were rebuilt in recent years and adapted to the current trend of usability of space for office, warehouse, flats and commercial purposes.

The buildings are situated near the centre of the city and the commercial zone. Parking is possible in proprietary closed parking or nearby. The buildings are easily accessible by public transport - both by city buses and also the railway station is nearby.
